1. Not financial, legal, or tax advice
Holdr provides technical escrow automation for peer-to-peer trades. Nothing on https://getholdr.xyz or in our ticket flows constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making financial or legal decisions.
2. Cryptocurrency risks
Digital assets are volatile and involve substantial risk, including:
- Rapid price changes that may affect the fiat value of escrowed amounts
- Irreversible on-chain transactions once broadcast and confirmed
- Network congestion, high fees, or delayed confirmations
- Smart contract, protocol, or wallet software vulnerabilities
- Regulatory changes that may restrict access or affect asset legality
You accept full responsibility for deciding whether to trade crypto and with whom.
3. Non-custodial middleman service
Holdr automates per-deal escrow wallets and release flows. We are not a bank, exchange, broker-dealer, money transmitter, or custodian of pooled user funds. We do not take possession of your assets in the traditional sense — funds sit in deal-specific on-chain wallets until release conditions are met.
4. No guarantee of outcomes
We do not guarantee that any deal will complete successfully, that counterparties will perform, that networks will remain available, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Past deal volume, user counts, or completion times shown on the site are illustrative and not promises of future performance.
5. Third-party services and blockchains
Holdr relies on third parties including Discord (authentication), blockchain networks, and RPC infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or failures of those third parties. Public blockchains are immutable; transactions visible on-chain cannot be altered by Holdr.
6. User conduct and off-platform agreements
Arrangements about what is being bought, sold, or delivered are between users. Holdr does not verify the legality, authenticity, or quality of traded items. You are solely responsible for ensuring your trades comply with applicable laws and platform rules.
7. Regulatory status
Crypto regulations vary by country and region. It is your obligation to determine whether usingHoldr is permitted where you live. We may restrict access from certain jurisdictions without notice.
8. Limitation of reliance
